I loved the fantastic location of this hotel, with easy transportation options and close proximity to the lake, night market, shops, and cable car station. Moreover, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, from providing umbrellas to guiding through parking and even accompanying us on a firefly trip. The room design, especially the glass roof balcony with a beautiful lake view, was a unique feature that enriched my stay.
Nothing for me.

Located close to a tourist center and it’s easy to access the wharf and restaurants from here. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer to take you to the parking area with a scooter. the rooms may need an update, but the premium ones have a glass ceiling and lakeside view. Breakfast is adequate and the atmosphere is peaceful.
The hotel may not meet the expectations of those looking for a luxurious experience.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were impressed with the fabulous view from our room on the top floor. The glass roof allowed us to stargaze in the evening and enjoy the morning sunshine. The location was ideal as we were able to pick up some delicious street food nearby and enjoy it in the lobby. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome.
The hotel seemed to be in the process of renovation during our stay, which was inconvenient. The lobby was bare minimum with no air-conditioning, and the TV in the room wasn't working.

Friendly owner, helpful Hong Kong Chinese, good view of pier, free ride to bus station, kind and generous boss and wife.
Nothing to fault.

The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. There were plenty of food options nearby, and it was just a short walk to the pier. the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond, offering to arrange transportation for us and even preparing a take-away breakfast for a run competition we were participating in. the room had a great view, which was definitely a highlight.

Impressed by the hotel staff's kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction. When we arrived, they immediately noticed the malfunctioning hair dryer in our room and provided a spare one. Although the power wasn't very strong, it wasn't a big issue for us. The staff went above and beyond by preparing a delicious breakfast for marathon participants, even at the early hour of 5am. The hotel's location was fantastic, right near the lake and with plenty of food options nearby. We also enjoyed the convenience of being close to the Sun Moon Lake cable car. I highly recommend this hotel.
